Hagenør is a small nature area along the Little Belt east of Skærbæk. The area is protected.
The area is named after Hagenør Slotsbanke (Hagenør Castle Hill) which you can still see remnants of. The hill was previously home to a royal castle from the middle of the 1300s. The castle that used to lie here was placed opposite of Hindsgavl Castle on the other side of the Belt.
On the beach next to Hagenør Castle Hill you may be lucky enough to find flint tools from the Stone Age.
Hagenørvej is a dead end road. There are signs for a small parking lot. From here marked trails lead around the protected area.
